Data controller

The data controller is B. Marco Guarneri. For requests relating to the protection of personal data, you can write to info@marcoguarneri.com or via the Contact page.

Cookies

This site does not use profiling, marketing or tracking cookies. There are no traffic-analysis tools (such as Google Analytics) or advertising pixels. If aggregate analytics tools or other non-essential services are introduced in the future, this notice will be updated accordingly and a prior choice will be requested.

Contact form

The form on the Contact page does not transmit any data to a server. When submitted, it opens the email program configured on your device directly, with a message already addressed to info@marcoguarneri.com: you send it yourself, from your own email client. Name, email, organization and any message therefore stay on your device and in your outgoing mail, and are not collected, transmitted or stored by this site.

Hosting and technical logs

The site is hosted on Vercel. Like any hosting infrastructure, Vercel may automatically log standard technical browsing data (such as IP address, device and browser type, date and time of the request, page requested) for security, abuse-prevention and service-operation purposes, according to its own practices and policies.

Content management

The site's editorial content (Writings, biography, works) is managed through Sanity, a content management platform used solely for publishing text, not for collecting visitor data.

Your rights

As a data subject, you have the right to access, rectify or request the deletion of your personal data, to the extent it is processed, in addition to the rights of restriction and objection provided by Regulation (EU) 2016/679. You can exercise these rights by writing to info@marcoguarneri.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the competent data protection authority.
