The World of Il Giardino Invisibile
A threshold between the published book and the fiction in progress
«Il Giardino Invisibile» is the title of an essay and the first visible border of a wider territory.
Its pages hold images that bring together personal experience, research on consciousness, and the observation of the systems we live within. The Garden, the Desert, the Acorn, the Bonsai, the Serpent, Camminava and the Wayfarer already belong to the published work. Here they do not receive a second definition. The book has its own glossary and shows the relationships among these figures along its own path; repeating them on the site would reduce discovery to a list.
The narrative work in progress grows from the same ground and changes the rule of the telling. What the essay names and discusses may enter the duration of a scene, the decisions of a character, and the consequences of a life. Until publication, this passage remains free of anticipation.
Each work will be readable on its own. The link between the books will not ask readers to study a cosmology or consult an interpretive key. Whoever returns to the site after reading will find data, relationships and materials already made public; the mystery will continue to belong to the pages.
